📆 Check-out Log
How many guest turnovers each apartment has had — over any period you choose.
The Check-out Log shows, for every apartment, how many guest turnovers (check-outs) it has had and the date of its last check-out. It is worked out straight from the Dirty Queue — a turnover is counted the moment you Confirm its dirty bag — so it needs no extra bookkeeping and can never drift from what you actually did.
Choosing a period
Use the Period drop-down at the top to pick the window you want: All time, Last 7 / 30 / 90 days, This month, Last month or This year. The page always shows which window you are viewing and its exact dates (for example “Showing Last 30 days · 2026-07-21 → 2026-08-19”). The counts and the last-check-out date are for that window only, and an apartment with no check-out in it drops off the list.
- The dates line up with the way turnovers are actually recorded, so This month and Last month match the calendar exactly.
- Re-wash and recalled bags are not counted, and counting the same turnover again never double-counts it.
- A group-restricted user sees only their own apartments.
