The Turnovers page is a planning list, day by day. For each day it shows the guests checking in (β² β deliver clean linen), the guests checking out (βΌ β collect the dirty linen), and any same-day turnover (β) where one guest leaves and another arrives the same day, so the linen has to be changed that day.
It comes straight from your booking system β the same turnover feed the booking system shows β so the figures match it exactly. It is information only: there is nothing to tick off here. Use it to see when dirty linen is about to come back and to plan your day.
Using the page
- Pick how far ahead to look with the Window buttons β 14, 30, 60 or 90 days from today.
- Each day lists its check-ins first, then its check-outs; the three tiles at the top total the whole window.
- A β same-day badge marks the apartments that turn over the same day (linen must be changed that day).
Nothing is ever quietly dropped
A turnover must never silently disappear β a missed one means a bed with no clean linen. So the board keeps a safety net. When something is not clear it is kept on the board and flagged rather than hidden, and a gold notice at the top tells you what needs a look.
- A row the system canβt tie to one of your apartments (a new or duplicate booking-system listing it doesnβt recognise yet) stays on the board with a β map badge. An admin can click it and link it to the right property on the spot β the same fix used for a renamed apartment.
- If your booking-channel filter (Settings β PMS API) is hiding some bookings, the notice says how many and which channels β so a channel you didnβt mean to exclude canβt make bookings vanish unnoticed.
- If the same booking listing turns up under two different apartment names β a sign one apartment was accidentally merged into the wrong one, so a turnover is being counted against the wrong apartment β the notice names them so you can open the apartment and fix its linked ids. (Genuine multi-unit buildings, where one listing legitimately covers several same-named units like *Tigne 6/7/8*, are not flagged.)
