πŸ“… Turnovers

A day-by-day list of guest check-ins and check-outs.

The Turnovers page is a planning list, day by day. For each day it shows the guests checking in (β–² β€” deliver clean linen), the guests checking out (β–Ό β€” collect the dirty linen), and any same-day turnover (⇄) where one guest leaves and another arrives the same day, so the linen has to be changed that day.

It comes straight from your booking system β€” the same turnover feed the booking system shows β€” so the figures match it exactly. It is information only: there is nothing to tick off here. Use it to see when dirty linen is about to come back and to plan your day.

Using the page

  1. Pick how far ahead to look with the Window buttons β€” 14, 30, 60 or 90 days from today.
  2. Each day lists its check-ins first, then its check-outs; the three tiles at the top total the whole window.
  3. A ⇄ same-day badge marks the apartments that turn over the same day (linen must be changed that day).
Note If the list is empty, it usually means no booking system is connected yet (an administrator sets this up under Settings β†’ PMS API), not that there are no bookings.
Tip When a booking requests extras (πŸ‘Ά Cot, πŸ’Ί High chair, πŸ›οΈ Extra bed, 🍽️ Food pack), each check-in shows a "🧳 Bring:" line β€” deliver those to the apartment for the arriving guest β€” and each check-out shows a "πŸ“¦ Pick up:" line β€” collect those from the departing guest so they come back with the linen. Both are read from the booking system. The Packer app shows the same "Bring" reminder when you bag a property that has a guest arriving that day.
Note The Turnovers board is also its own installable app. Tap – Install app (top-right of the page) to open it stand-alone, then add it to your home screen β€” the day’s check-ins and check-outs then open from a single icon, full-screen, just like the Packer or Route apps. It also rides inside the Packer app as its own button, so packers can check the day without leaving the field app.

Nothing is ever quietly dropped

A turnover must never silently disappear β€” a missed one means a bed with no clean linen. So the board keeps a safety net. When something is not clear it is kept on the board and flagged rather than hidden, and a gold notice at the top tells you what needs a look.

  • A row the system can’t tie to one of your apartments (a new or duplicate booking-system listing it doesn’t recognise yet) stays on the board with a ⚠ map badge. An admin can click it and link it to the right property on the spot β€” the same fix used for a renamed apartment.
  • If your booking-channel filter (Settings β†’ PMS API) is hiding some bookings, the notice says how many and which channels β€” so a channel you didn’t mean to exclude can’t make bookings vanish unnoticed.
  • If the same booking listing turns up under two different apartment names β€” a sign one apartment was accidentally merged into the wrong one, so a turnover is being counted against the wrong apartment β€” the notice names them so you can open the apartment and fix its linked ids. (Genuine multi-unit buildings, where one listing legitimately covers several same-named units like *Tigne 6/7/8*, are not flagged.)
Tip On a healthy board you’ll see no gold notice at all β€” it appears only when there is genuinely something to sort out.
