🏭 Linen at Laundries
An exact, item-by-item breakdown of the linen currently held at each laundry.
The Linen at Laundries page shows exactly how much linen is sitting at each laundry right now — the At Laundries balance from the Linen Vault, broken down item by item, per laundry (with a piece and kg total for each). It is the detailed view behind the single At-Laundries number you see on the Vault and Dashboard.
For most people it is read-only — a reference for what is out being washed. An administrator can also correct any number: type the true quantity for an item at a laundry and click Save. Each change is stored as a tracked adjustment, so the At-Laundries balance always matches reality and the correction is recorded.
Watch out A number can’t be lowered below what is physically committed there (linen you have sent that hasn’t come back yet) — if you try, it is left unchanged and the page tells you. This keeps the totals honest: linen can only leave At Laundries by being received back (Linen Matching) or written off, never by editing it away.
Note A laundry-app user (a laundry account) sees only their own laundry’s stock.
