π§Ί Wash & Returns
What went out to the laundry (hard-wash vs normal) and what came back clean β by period, group, laundry and item.
The Wash & Returns page (in the Statistics group) shows the movement of linen to and from your laundries: how much you sent out β split into hard-wash and normal β and how much came back clean. It reads straight from the linen ledger (the exact dirty-out and clean-in movements), so the pieces and kg always reconcile with the At Laundries and On Shelf columns.
Choose the window with the Period drop-down (Last 7 days, This month, and so on) and, if you use property groups, a Group β the whole page follows both.
- Hard-wash pieces β pieces sent on a hard-wash (re-wash) bag, with their kg.
- Normal pieces β everything else sent to the laundry, with kg.
- Total sent β the two added together, in pieces and kg.
- Hard-wash bags and Normal bags β how many bags (dispatches) actually went to a laundry in the period.
- Clean pieces received β clean linen that came back On Shelf (a Linen-Matching receipt or a single-step delivery).
- Awaiting receipt β clean the laundry has sent back but you have not confirmed yet (shown only when there is some; it is context, never added into βreceivedβ).
Bags vs pieces
A bag is one dispatch you sent to a laundry; pieces are the individual items inside those bags. The headline pieces and kg come from the linen ledger, so they are exact; the bag count comes from the dispatch records and answers βhow many hard-wash bags did we sendβ β the question this page was built to answer.
