The Statistics page pulls together the numbers that matter: how much linen you are processing, what you are spending on laundry, how your stock holds up against target, and how much linen you are losing. Pick a month at the top to change the period.
- Linen processed — pieces sent to the laundry today, this week, this month and this year (with kg).
- Laundry cost — the chosen month, this quarter and this year, plus pickups and kg.
- Cost by property & laundry — each property’s spend split across the laundries it used.
- Best-price mix — what the month would cost if every item went to its cheapest laundry, and the saving on offer (shown when you use more than one laundry).
- Stock & circulation — Target, In circulation, On Shelf, In Vault, and items below target (a live snapshot).
- Linen losses — the replacement value of damaged/missing linen, guest damage claims (count and value), and your shrinkage percentage.
- Most-used items and Most missing / damaged — what you wash most, and what you lose most.
- Losses by property and Guest damage claims — where the losses fall and which stays you can bill.
- Turnaround by laundry — the average days each laundry takes from send to clean return.
Tip Each breakdown table has a ⬇ CSV button (opens in Excel), and 🖨 Print / PDF at the top makes a clean one-page summary you can save or send.
Note “Linen processed” and “turnaround” read from the Dirty Queue → Linen Matching flow; cost and per-item figures come from priced linen sheets. Guest damage claims are the damaged/missing pieces tied to a specific stay.
