The Chat page is your team messenger — send direct messages, start group chats, and share files with the people in your organisation. It runs on the same server you sign in with, so it uses your single sign-in: whoever you are in this app, you are the same person in chat, with nothing extra to log into.
Using it
- Pick a colleague to start a direct message, or open a group.
- Type your message and send; you can also attach a file (up to 20 MB).
- New messages arrive in real time, with an unread marker on each conversation.
Note If the chat doesn’t appear embedded on the page, use Open in a new tab at the top right — it’s the same chat, signed in with the same account.
Note Chat is for your staff. External laundry accounts and guest accounts don’t have it.
