๐Ÿข Properties

Your apartments and how much linen each one uses.

The Properties page lists every apartment โ€” the ones pulled in from your booking system plus any you add by hand. Each apartment keeps two separate linen lists. Open an apartment to edit them.

Note Open an apartment and its page shows an Upcoming turnover panel โ€” the next check-in (โ–ฒ) and next check-out (โ–ผ), with the date, how soon it is, and any extras to bring or pick up โ€” read straight from your booking system.

The two lists (this matters)

  • General List โ€” the *full* set of linen the apartment holds (sheets and towels, plus things like pillows, duvets and mattress covers). This is the only list that feeds the At Properties total on the Linen Vault, and therefore the Target.
  • In & Out List โ€” the *shorter* turnover list for a single guest changeover. This is what pre-fills the apartment bag on the Clean Queue and the Dirty Queue.

Editing a list

  1. Open the apartment (click it, then open its full page).
  2. Use the - / + steppers to set the quantity of each linen item.
  3. Click Save General List or Save In & Out List โ€” each list saves on its own.

Hiding (admin)

  • Hide the whole property โ€” it drops off every page and out of all totals, but its records stay saved.
  • Hide the General List โ€” its linen no longer counts toward At Properties on the Vault (it still makes turnover bags).
  • Hide the In & Out List โ€” the apartment no longer makes turnover bags in the queues (its General List still counts on the Vault).

Other admin actions

  • Add a property manually โ€” give it a name (required) and any address details.
  • Display name โ€” rename how an apartment appears; the underlying ID and address never change.
  • Delete a property (๐Ÿ—‘) โ€” removes any apartment for good, after a confirmation. Its linen is moved to the Warehouse, so nothing is lost. Imported/manual ones are erased; a booking-system one is flagged deleted so it stays gone even if the PMS keeps sending it. (The Warehouse itself can never be deleted.)
  • Target multipliers โ€” how many full sets of each item to keep. Target = General List quantity x multiplier; blank uses the default.
  • Import linen inventory has moved to Settings โ†’ Linen items โ€” see that page to load a whole spreadsheet of apartments and quantities at once (and to choose whether it fills the General List or the In & Out List).

The list shows apartments with linen first, then those without.

The Warehouse ๐Ÿฌ

There is always one special property called the Warehouse โ€” the vault's own location. It holds any linen that isn't assigned to a specific apartment: for example, everything that moves in when you delete a property. You can edit its address and other details like any apartment, but it can never be deleted. Because it's the vault itself, the Warehouse's linen does not count toward the At Properties total or the Target โ€” that figure is only the linen actually placed in guest apartments.
