The Pricing page is one table of what it costs to wash each linen item at each laundry. These are laundering charges — not what it costs to buy the linen.
Normal vs hard wash
Every item has two prices per laundry: Normal (the standard wash) and Hard (a heavier wash). When a sheet is submitted as Hard wash it is billed at the hard price. If you leave the hard price blank it simply uses the normal price, and it can never be set lower than normal.
Setting prices (admin)
- Open Pricing from the menu.
- Type a price into the Normal and Hard boxes for each item and laundry.
- Click Save prices.
When you use more than one laundry, the cheapest normal price on each row is highlighted in green so you can compare at a glance. Non-admin users see the table but cannot change it.
Bulk edit by spreadsheet (admin)
To change many prices at once, use the Bulk edit via CSV card: download the current price matrix (one row per item, a Normal and Hard column for each laundry), edit it in Excel or Google Sheets, and upload it back. Items are matched by their ID (then name) and laundries by the column heading; an empty cell clears that price and anything not in the file is left untouched.
