🎚️ Turnover presets
Save named property filters (e.g. “Mellieha villas”) to focus the Turnovers board — and share them with sister apps.
The Turnover presets page (under Settings, admin-only) lets you save a named set of apartments — for example “Mellieha villas” or “City-centre studios” — that you can then pick on the Turnovers board to see just those properties’ check-ins and check-outs. It saves scrolling a long list every time you want to focus on one part of your portfolio.
Creating a preset
- Open Settings → Turnover presets.
- Give the preset a name and pick the apartments that belong to it (the order you pick them is kept).
- Save. It then appears in the property filter on the Turnovers page.
Note Turnover presets are also exported through the API (
/api/v1/turnover-presets), so a sister system — for example the Maintenance app — can import the very same named filters instead of re-entering them by hand.
