🧴 Perishables Statistics
What you spend on consumables — by property and by item — and when each item will run out.
The Perishables Statistics page (under Statistics) turns the consumables ledger into spend and forecasting numbers. Where the Perishables Vault shows how much stock you hold right now, this page shows what those consumables cost over a period and how fast you are getting through them.
What it shows
- Spend by property — how much each apartment consumed over the period you choose (toilet paper, washing liquid, coffee pods, bin bags and the rest), so you can see which properties are the most consumable-hungry.
- Spend by item — the total for each consumable, valued at the weighted-average of what you paid for it.
- Run-out forecast — based on the recent rate of use, roughly when each item will run out, so you can reorder before you run dry.
Consumables are deducted automatically when a clean bag is delivered (they ride along on the Clean Queue), so these numbers build up on their own as you work — there is nothing extra to record.
