Which pages each signed-in person actually opened — an audit that access rights match reality.
The Access Log (under Activity Logs, admin-only) records which pages each signed-in person successfully opened. Where the Security Log answers “who signed in?”, the Access Log answers “what did they reach once inside?” — so you can confirm that each person’s access rights match what they actually use, and spot anyone reaching a page they shouldn’t.
- Each entry shows who, when, and the page they opened.
- Use it to verify that a restricted user (a housekeeper, a driver, a laundry account) only reaches the pages meant for them.
- Admin-only, like the Security Log.
