Yes. Apartments and guest check-ins and check-outs flow in automatically from your property management system, so the clean and dirty queues and the turnover calendar stay up to date on their own.
Can the laundry use it too?
Yes. The cleaning company gets its own simple phone app that opens straight to its counting page, where it confirms what it received and records the clean linen it is sending back.
How does it stop linen being lost or double-counted?
Every piece of linen is always accounted for in exactly one place — in the vault, on the shelf, at an apartment, at a laundry, or in transit coming back. Sending linen back reduces the laundry’s stock immediately and can never exceed what is actually there, so the totals always reconcile to the piece.
Can I see who changed the stock?
Yes. Every action that moves linen is recorded with the person who did it and the exact time. Administrators get a transaction log of recent activity and can reverse a mistaken correction in one click — the original entry is always kept, marked reversed, so nothing is lost from the history.
Do you have an API?
Yes — a fully documented open REST API. Every part of the portal (properties, linen sheets, laundries, invoices, statistics and the property groupings) is available over a standard, OpenAPI-described REST interface, secured with your own single sign-on. So you can connect your own tools or a sister system, and your data is never locked in — something many competitors don't offer.
